I have been exploring for a little bit for any high quality articles or blog posts on this sort of area . Exploring in Yahoo I at last stumbled upon this website. Reading this information So i am happy to convey that I have a very good uncanny feeling I discovered exactly what I needed. I most certainly will make certain to do not forget this site and give it a glance on a constant basis.

Hi David, I'm sure you can use other cuts of kangaroo meat definitely, I believe the tail is a cheaper cut of meat which is why it's great for stewing etc, so you might just have to pay a bit more to use the fillet, loin or other similar cuts. I agree, I've heard a lot about how eating kangaroo is a healthier option, and also much better for the environment than beef.

Hey can any kangaroo meat be used for this recipe? One of my favorite recipes is here http://yovia.com/blogs/naturalingredients/ Kangaroo Filets With Mustard. It also explains why eating roo is healthy and green.
