		<description>Hi Jane, thanks very much for that!  Basically to butterfly the leg you just make one slice into it, and around the bone.  Once you remove the bone, you should be able to lay it down flat for grilling.  Alternatively, if you buy a leg of lamb boned and rolled, you can just untie the string around the lamb and it will roll out flat that way as well.  Hope this helps, Mick.</description>

		<description>Happy birthday Mick.  Oh to be 30 again!  Even my children are well past that now. How the years do fly.  With all my years, I&#039;ve never thought of &#039;butterflying&#039; a leg of lamb.  Could you explain more about that please.  Do you slice it and then tie it together for cooking?  I&#039;d like to give it a try.
