For Sushi Making
1. Since tofu is
deep-fried, it is necessary to get free of the surplus oils. Do this
only by soaking them in the boiling water. Cool it for some time, and

2. Combine the soy
sauce, the sugar, dashi as well as mirin in the small pan. Bring it to
